These Terms and Policies ("Terms") govern access to and use of SeaOps software and related services provided by SEAOPS DOO ("SeaOps", "we", "us"). By requesting a quote, entering a subscription, or using the SeaOps platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of the business you represent.
The Service is provided by SEAOPS DOO. Questions about these Terms, billing, or the Service can be sent to [email protected] or through the .
SeaOps is B2B vessel management software for yacht and commercial vessel operators. It may include modules such as command center, planned maintenance, finance, ISM compliance, HR and crew management, chartering and APA, inventory, purchase orders, forms and checklists, and related professional services such as implementation, training, or Designated Person Ashore (DPA) support, as agreed in your order.
The specific modules, number of vessels, user seats, and support level included in your subscription are set out in the quote or order confirmation we issue to you.
SeaOps is sold only to businesses and professional operators. You confirm that you are acting for a company, partnership, or other organization, and not as a consumer. If you are not authorized to bind that organization, you must not accept these Terms.
Pricing is quoted per customer based on fleet size, selected modules, and contract term. There is no self-serve checkout. A contract is formed when you accept a written quote or order and payment is completed, or when we activate your account under that order.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Invoices, receipts, taxes, and payment processing for SeaOps subscriptions are handled by Paddle. You must provide accurate billing details and keep them current. Failed or late payments may result in suspension of access until the account is brought current.
Subscriptions run for the term stated in your quote or order (typically monthly or annual) and renew automatically for successive terms of the same length unless either party gives notice of non-renewal before the end of the then-current term, or as otherwise agreed in writing. Changes to fleet size or modules may be quoted as an amendment to the existing subscription.
Operational records you enter remain your organization's data. We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You warrant that you have a lawful basis to enter crew, guest, and other personal data into the Service.
SeaOps and its software, documentation, branding, and related materials remain the property of SEAOPS DOO and its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal vessel operations during the paid term. No other license is granted.
We aim to keep the Service available and to address operational issues in a timely way. Scheduled maintenance, connectivity at sea, or events outside our reasonable control may affect availability. Support is provided through the channels agreed in your order, or otherwise via [email protected].
Refunds are described in our Refund Policy. Paddle.com handles returns as Merchant of Record.
The Service is provided with reasonable skill and care. Except as required by law, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every operational or regulatory outcome for a particular vessel. You remain responsible for compliance with maritime, labour, and safety obligations applicable to your fleet.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SEAOPS DOO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service in any contract year is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in that year. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Either party may terminate for material breach if the breach is not remedied within 30 days of written notice. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, unlawful use, or risk to the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends. We can provide an export of your operational data on request within a reasonable period, subject to any outstanding amounts.
If you have a complaint about the Service or billing, contact us at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 business days and to provide a substantive response within 10 business days. Billing and refund requests may also be raised with Paddle at paddle.net.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes that affect an active subscription will be notified to the billing or admin contact on the account.
